• Out station Cheques will be accepted with additional Rs 50/- towards cheque clearance charges
• Postgraduate students must enclose a Bonafide Certificate issued by HOD / Institution
• AOI members more than 65 years are eligible to claim the Concession / Complimentary registration
• Avoid spot registration as conference kit cannot be guaranteed
• All Life Members of AOI State Branches are Honorary Life members of South Zone
• All correspondence should be addressed to the Organizing Secretary, Conference Secretariat Spot registration will be strictly
• Spot registration will be strictly by cash only

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Delegates who want to cancel their registration must notify the Secretariat in writing

• 25% to be deducted for cancellation before 31^st August 2009
• 50% to be deducted for cancellation between 1st and 30^th September 2009
• No refund for cancellations received after 30^th September 2009
